Christian prayer book based on biblical, Benedictine and Celtic traditions. Section 1 provides texts for daily prayer for each day of the week, at different times of the day and according to liturgical seasons. Section 2 contains the texts of common prayers such as the Lord's Prayer, Rosary and Stations of the Cross. Section 3 presents prayers for various occasions and a selection of blessings. Also contains additional psalms, readings from the Rule of St Benedict and a calendar of saints and feasts. Presented in two-colour printing and includes a ribbon marker. It is based on the prayer life of Glenstal Abbey, which founded in 1927, was the first Benedictine Community in Ireland since the Reformation. First published in Ireland by the Columba Press in 2001.
